Hi Travis,
I am from Northern California, Chico area. I have grown Daughters who participated in schools in Eureka Cal. In California, it use to be if you had a special needs child they wanted to accomodate you because the school got extra money. While living in these out of town places the schools were small and wanted everyone to feel welcome, And got extra funds. My son was in a wonderful speech therapy school at the age of 3 and a half and I did not have to pay anything. Sorry if I hogged your thread Travis, Is there somewhere you would rather move this Carey?
